DELIVERY & RETURNS
We will always try to dispatch your goods on the day you place the order but in any case you should receive your goods in 2-3 working days.

If there is any delay we will get in touch with you by telephone or email to let you know.
We deliver to anywhere in the UK and to most countries worldwide. Larger items will be sent via a reputable courier company. Delivery costs will be advised before payment when you checkout.
Costs for deliveries to overseas destinations will be advised by email or phone call.

If circumstances beyond our control delay the arrival of your order we will keep you informed by telephone or email.
You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods and receive a full refund.
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have ordered from us just return them to us within 28 days and we will either send you a refund or replace them. Where you are returning goods that were delivered to you undamaged we ask you to take all reasonable steps to ensure they arrive back at our premises in the same perfect condition with all the original packaging.
